Cancellation Policy
Welcome to our healing services! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both parties, please review our booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies. Booking Policy All sessions must be scheduled through our website or by direct communication. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for booking. You will receive a confirmation email or text within 12 hours of your booking request. If confirmation is not received, your booking is not finalized. All sessions are scheduled based on your local time zone unless otherwise stated. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will incur a 50% service charge. No Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed or canceled sessions. However, we will gladly reschedule your appointment based on availability. Waitlist Policy If the session time you’re seeking is unavailable, you can join the waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be notified when an opening arises. If you confirm within 24 hours, the slot will be secured for you. Priority: Clients on the waitlist will receive priority if a cancellation occurs or if a session becomes available. Notification: If a spot opens up, we will notify you via email or text. You will have 24 hours to confirm. If you do not respond, the spot will be offered to the next client on the waitlist. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
